These terms apply to all services of Drohnenkurs Schweiz. By making contact, sending an enquiry or booking, the customer fully agrees to these terms.
Enquiries and bookings can be made via the contact form, email or WhatsApp. A contract is concluded as soon as Drohnenkurs Schweiz confirms the booking by email or WhatsApp.
1. Responsibility of the customer
The customer bears full responsibility for themselves, their behaviour, their drone and for any damage arising from them. Drohnenkurs Schweiz accepts no liability whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or financial loss.
Drohnenkurs Schweiz is liable to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and for damage that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, remains reserved.
2. Insurance
The customer confirms that valid liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 1'000'000 exists for drone flights. No flight may take place without sufficient insurance cover.
2a. Registration and proof of competence
The customer ensures that their drone and they themselves as operator meet the legal requirements, in particular registration and proof of competence, where required.
3. Cancellations by the provider
Drone courses may be cancelled or postponed because of weather, for safety reasons or at short notice. Any resulting costs, expenses or consequential damage are borne solely by the customer.
If Drohnenkurs Schweiz cancels a course, a replacement date is arranged free of charge. If no replacement date is possible, course fees already paid are refunded.
4. Cancellation by the customer
For short-notice cancellations by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: 50% of the agreed course fee
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the agreed course fee
5. Mobile visits
For mobile visits, a base fee of CHF 50.– plus CHF 0.90 per kilometre driven is charged.
The course takes place by default in the Aarau region. On request, Drohnenkurs Schweiz also runs the course at another suitable location. Travel is calculated from Aarau and communicated before booking.
6. Weather conditions
Drone courses only take place in suitable weather and safety conditions. Drohnenkurs Schweiz accepts no costs or liability for cancelled courses.
If a course is cancelled because of weather or safety conditions, a replacement date is arranged free of charge.
7. Payment
Payment is possible by advance payment, Revolut, TWINT or in cash on site.
8. Children and young people
Children and young people under 16 only take part accompanied by a parent or guardian. They register the child and are responsible for supervision.
9. Final provisions
Swiss law applies. The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay valid.
